Aloha from Hawaii!

So Jonathan and I got back from our vacation in Hawaii last week. It was SO fun, quite a change from Provo, especially the weather. Here are some of my favorite pictures from our trip. The kids you see in the pictures are Jonathan's sister's girls, Hikia and Masina. The first picture is us at a lookout. The second one is us at the temple, I like this picture, we look like such a cute little family! The next picture is us at the Polynesian Cultural Center, then we're at the top of Diamond Head Crater. Enjoy!

Hawkeye

This fall we bought Jonathan's parents a male dachshund so we can breed he and Kookie together and have cute miniature dachshund puppies (for sale or gifts, of course). His name is Hawkeye and he and Kookie have become really good friends. These are some cute pictures of them trying to nap together. Kookie is on the left and Hawkeye is on the right.

Merry Christmas 2006!

We have officially started a tradition of taking a family picture every year on Christmas (this is the second year). These are our 2006 Christmas pictures, you'll have to let me know which one you like best so I can put it in our cute new Christmas album that my sister-in-law gave us for Christmas. Hope you all had a Merry Christmas and we wish you a Happy New Year!

Happy Halloween!

I know Halloween is over, but after having my tooth pulled I wasn't in the mood for festivities. We did, however, have time to dress our dogs up for a few pictures. They're not that good at "staying" so Jonathan had to hold Kookie so she wouldn't run away. Hope you all had a Happy Halloween too!

Saluone Update

It's been a while since I updated this blog. I don't have any new pictures because I've been so busy coordinating a state-wide Planners conference for work, I sure am glad it's all over. Jonathan is enjoying his truck driving job and hoping to work as much as he can before it snows.

I think these blogs aren't as fun if you don't have pictures, so I'm throwing in an old photo of Jonathan and I before we were married, just for fun :)

Family Reunion

We went to my family reunion and our dogs loved it. Tito especially liked licking the face of my cousin's daughter, Briety. It was fun, but driving 6 hours for one day didn't quite seem worth it in the end, especially after we got a flat tire.

The Grotto

A few weeks ago Jonathan and I hiked The Grotto in Payson Canyon. It's not really a hike, more like a nature walk. It was fun because it was the first time we took our dogs anywhere other than the vet.

Meet Tito & Kookie

Tito is our boxer, named after the Ultimate Fighter Tito Ortiz. Kookie is our dachshund, named Kookie because she is SO sweet. We love them, they give us good training for when we have kids so we get used to words and phrases such as: potty training, "don't eat that," teething, feeding schedule, "time for bed," etc. I have never had a dog, but this has been a great experience and I can't imagine not having our dogs.
