Meet Kimo

He's the newest member of our family (as far as dogs go). He's so sweet! He is growing like crazy and he fits in like the rest of the dogs - sleeps all day and night. We have him mostly potty trained now and that is SO nice. Isn't he adorable?

Puppies!

Many of you remember when our dachshund, Kookie, had puppies. I never got many pictures posted, so I thought I'd do them now. The two brown puppies were sold, but we kept the black one. Aren't they so cute?

Thank Goodness It's Thursday!

I love working 4-10s. I'm pretty tired by Thursday night, but just knowing that I don't have to go to work tomorrow (Friday) is oh-so-sweet.

I love my husband

I love my husband. He is always so sweet to me and I am so glad I married him. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to have such a hard working, spiritual, smart, and handsome (of course!) man to share the rest of my life with. I love you, Jonathan!

Tired

After a week of running errands and lugging food up and down the stairs, I am TIRED!

My office had a department breakfast party this morning, and that's an excellent idea, just not when I have to do all the shopping, setup and takedown. I did have help, but I am still just exhausted. Not to mention one of our secretaries left for Denmark on Tuesday and two others are on vacation half the week.

I want to go home! Good thing I don't work on Fridays :)

The Beginning...

This is the humble beginning of my personal blog. I thought it might be fun to have a blog all to myself. I'm not really sure what direction to go, but it might be fun to come along for the ride :)

Two Months Later...

We're still alive - just busy, I guess. We sold the two female puppies (tear), but the black one, Kimo, is here to stay. He's fitting into the family just perfectly. Here are some pictures of Tito checking out the puppies when they were 3-4 weeks old.

So while Jonathan's family was in town we had some family photos taken for the first time since all the kids have been married. I think they turned out great, the kids are SO cute!

We were so glad to be able to get together with all of Jonathan's family this last weekend. On Sunday we went to the park and played together. Tito has been so lonely since Kookie had her puppies so we took him too. Here are some pictures of us all at the park.

We are Proud Parents...

For a few months now we've known there would be an addition to our family. On Sunday, June 3, 2007, our dog Kookie gave birth to three adorable puppies. We were up with her all night trying to help, but her natural instincts were so good and she's been such a good mom to her babies. Here are some pictures of our little ones.

We couldn't stand the cold weather after getting back from Hawaii so we decided to visit Jonathan's brother Terence and his family in Maricopa, Arizona. These are some pictures we took while we were there. It was so nice, but I don't know if I could handle the heat in the summer. Sure is tempting during the snowy weather :)
